Chubby Club Trick or Treat: official rules
Updated October 17, 2026
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older.
1. Sponsor
#Chubby Club LLC ("Chubby Club", "we" or "us"), 3400 S Jones Blvd #15, Las Vegas, NV 89146. Questions: support@chubbyclub.com.
2. Dates
#Trick or Treat (the "promotion") starts at 4:45:00 pm Pacific Time (PT) on October 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on October 31, 2026 (the "promotion period"). Our server clock is the official clock. You can earn rolls only during the promotion period, except that dine-in spend from 12:00:00 am PT on October 10, 2026 also counts toward dine-in rolls. Rolls you already have can be used until 11:59:59 pm PT on November 2, 2026; unused rolls expire after that.
3. Who can take part
#You can take part if, when you take part, you are:
- a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia;
- 18 or older; and
- the owner of a Chubby Club account in good standing. A free account is enough, and creating one costs nothing.
Employees of the sponsor, and people living in their households, cannot take part. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
One account per person. Rolls belong to the account they were added to and cannot be transferred, sold or combined with another account.
4. How to get rolls
#Each roll opens one chest. You can get rolls in any of these ways during the promotion period:
- Free entry by mail (no purchase or membership needed). Hand print (not typed, printed or photocopied) the following on a plain 3 x 5 inch card. We add one roll to the Chubby Club account with that phone number for each card.
- your full name;
- your street mailing address;
- your date of birth;
- the phone number on your Chubby Club account. A free account counts. If you do not have one, you can create a free account with no purchase: choose Sign in on this site and follow the steps, or email support@chubbyclub.com for help; and
- the words "Trick or Treat free roll".
- Join Chubby Club with code TRICK. New members who buy Chubby Club PLUS with code TRICK ($48, normally $68) during the promotion period get 10 rolls. The code price was $58 before October 17, 2026, and the code gave 5 rolls before October 24, 2026.
- Dine in. Chubby Club PLUS members and Lifetime Pass members earn rolls from dine-in spend at any Chubby restaurant during the promotion period: 1 roll when their total reaches $60, then 1 more roll for every additional $100 ($160, $260, $360 and so on). "Spend" means the check total after discounts and after tax, before tip. It counts across every Chubby restaurant from October 10 to October 31, 2026. There is no daily limit, and each check counts once. Dine-in rolls count toward the limit per person in this section. Dine-in spend by other members does not earn rolls; they can still get rolls by mail or the other ways in this section.
- Lifetime Pass welcome rolls. Lifetime Pass members get welcome rolls during the promotion period: Silver 2 rolls, Gold 4 rolls and Black 8 rolls. These rolls use the same odds as every other roll.
- Member status welcome rolls. Members with Silver, Gold or Black member status (a status tier, not a Lifetime Pass) get welcome rolls during the promotion period: Silver 1 roll, Gold 2 rolls and Black 4 rolls. These rolls use the same odds as every other roll. Member status welcome rolls do not stack with Lifetime Pass welcome rolls: a Lifetime Pass member gets only the Lifetime Pass welcome rolls, whatever their member status.
- Other grants. We may add rolls by hand, for example to make up for a technical problem. These rolls are the same as every other roll.
5. How a roll works
#Every roll wins one prize. When you open a chest, our server picks your prize at random, using the odds in section 6, and saves it before anything moves on screen. The reel is only a display: it does not affect the result, and the other prizes on it do not mean you nearly won them.
The prize board around the reel steps up to the tier of the prize you won and stops there, and each step adds a moment to the roll. Blue means Rare or better (20% of rolls), purple means Epic or better (7%), red means Secret Rare or better (2%) and gold means Legendary (0.5%). A Common prize keeps the standard board. It is part of the display and does not affect the result.
- Prize board: blue Rare or better (20% of rolls), purple Epic or better (7%), red Secret Rare or better (2%), gold Legendary (0.5%)
- Chest light at the guide's feet, just before the first step: blue Rare or better (5.4% of rolls), purple Epic or better (1%), red Secret Rare or better (0.21%), gold Legendary (0.04%). Other chests stay warm white
- Moon colour:
- Blue: Rare or better (20% of rolls)
- Purple: Epic or better (7% of rolls)
- Red: Secret Rare or better (2% of rolls)
- Gold: Legendary (0.5% of rolls)
- Pale: the standard
- The guide's cut-in, in any of its styles: Epic or better (7% of rolls)
- Bats: Secret Rare or better (2% of rolls)
- Lights out: Legendary (0.5% of rolls)
- The guide in a second costume: Secret Rare or better (0.5% of rolls)
6. Prizes and odds
#Every roll uses the same odds, out of 10,000, however you got it. Prizes are grouped into five tiers, and each tier has a fixed share of the 10,000. Inside a tier, the share is split evenly between the prizes, including merch that is out of stock.
Tier odds (every roll)
| Tier | Out of 10,000 | Chance |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 8,000 | 80% |
| Rare | 1,300 | 13% |
| Epic | 500 | 5% |
| Secret Rare | 150 | 1.5% |
| Legendary | 50 | 0.5% |
Prizes and current odds
| Prize | Tier | Quantity | Odds now | Approximate retail value |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 Club Points | Common | Unlimited | 2,000 in 10,000 (20%) | $0 (no cash value) |
| 100 Club Points | Common | Unlimited | 2,000 in 10,000 (20%) | $0 (no cash value) |
| 250 Club Points | Common | Unlimited | 2,000 in 10,000 (20%) | $0 (no cash value) |
| 500 Club Points | Common |
7. Getting your prize
#You see your prize on screen when the chest opens, and it stays in your Rewards. We do not notify winners any other way.
- Club Points are added to your Chubby Club account within 7 days and follow the Chubby Club terms. They cannot be sold or transferred.
- Merch ships free to a street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Enter your address on the promotion site by 11:59:59 pm PT on November 5, 2026. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. For apparel you can tell us a preferred size. Sizes are not guaranteed: we send your preferred size when we have it, and otherwise the closest size in stock. If you have not given an address by then, your merch prize converts to the Club Points shown in section 8.
Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution is allowed except as these rules say. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute a similar prize. You are responsible for any taxes on prizes you win.
8. Trading merch for Club Points
#If you win a merch prize, you can trade it for the Club Points below instead, at any time before it ships. You do not have to. Trading is final once you confirm it. We then cancel the shipment and add the Club Points to your account. The item goes back into stock and can be won again.
- Samurai Battle Keychain: 300 Club Points
- Samurai Feast Keychain: 300 Club Points
- Gold Clover Mousepad: 800 Club Points
- Chubby Club Tee (S to 2XL): 2,000 Club Points
- Chubby Club Hoodie (S to 2XL): 4,000 Club Points
Out of stock. From 1:00 am PT on October 12, 2026, if you win a merch prize while it is out of stock, you still win it, but we cannot ship it, so there is no address to enter. Your Rewards show the prize with one choice: trade it for its Club Points above. If you have not traded it by the address deadline in section 7, it converts to the same Club Points. When the item is back in stock, for example after another winner trades one in, the next person who wins it gets it shipped. We added this on October 12, 2026.
9. Privacy
#We use your account details, and the details on any free entry card (including your date of birth, to confirm eligibility), to run the promotion: to add rolls, deliver prizes, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. We do not sell this information. See the Chubby Club privacy policy and your privacy choices. The promotion site may show recent prizes with a first name and last initial. Our Trick or Treat live screen and our social media livestreams may show recent prizes with your initials (for example "W F") and your Chubby Club member status, Lifetime Pass tier or Chubby Club PLUS membership, along with the time of the roll. Livestreams may be recorded and stay online after the promotion. To ask us not to show yours anywhere, email support@chubbyclub.com. We will remove it from the site, the live screen and livestreams within one business day; we cannot recall copies others have already shared. We will not use your full name, photo or likeness in advertising without asking you separately.
10. Conditions
#By taking part, you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final on all matters about the promotion. We may refuse or cancel rolls, and void prizes, obtained by fraud, multiple accounts, scripts or bots, tampering, or any breach of these rules. We are not responsible for technical failures outside our reasonable control. If a technical error awards a prize that the odds did not draw, the error does not count and we will give you a fresh roll.
We may cancel, pause or change the promotion if fraud, a technical failure or another cause beyond our control affects its fairness. A change will never lower anyone’s odds below the published tables, or take away a prize already won. If we cancel, any rolls added before the cancellation are honored or replaced with a roll at the published odds.
Release. To the extent the law allows, by taking part you release the sponsor and its affiliates, and their employees and agents, from any claim, loss or damage arising from the promotion or from accepting or using a prize. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
Governing law. These rules and the promotion are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
